MNE nothing new there. Announcement is almost 6 months out of date .. + the numbers don't even make sense! 14m buy on market around that time doesn't show up, and the price seems odd also.
Just tidying up old paperwork I reckon. And maybe lumped all the prior purchases into a single date/figure.
Who would know. Little to no oversight of holding disclosure at this end of the market.. each for their own apparently.
