I think once this issue becomes the "critical path" for KDR getting spodumene concentrate or DSO to market, then the chances of KDR dropping its rights to recourse reduces dramatically. The direct cost and economic lost for KDR then becomes very real and presentable to the court. Which is why I think it's equally in MZN interest not to delay a settlement if it finds itself in position to walk away.
