how is it positive for SEN is beyond me.
SEN cannot get money out of Safenet....Safenet are not making any major sales with SEN products.
On the buyout itself...its a 12% premium to the closing price.
I would guess SEN holders think a 12% premium to 19c would be a great sale price.
Trouble is SEN is heading lower still.
FG knew that and that is why he sold.
He obviously does not share your enthusiasm for SEN's future.
But what am i thinking.....HC posters know more about SEN then FG don't they!!!
