Result is no train wreck. Market reaction looks a triffle over-done, but that is the market.
Seems that some folk are spooked by an apparent lack of integration synergies, and the lag in cash flow recognition.
I will re-look in more detail (as a current shareholder) to top up over the next several trading days.
Earnings growth looks ok, margins look ok. Relatively defensive sector, or have hospitals decided to stop operating?
