Phosphagenics has just been granted patent 9,561,243 on the 07/02/2017 by the USPTO.
Interestingly....If you search the patent number on their website, click on the "Assignments" tab and you can see the history and the multiple changes to the Assignor and Assignee.
Robert Neely & MMA (Mastitis management Aust) have ultimately been removed and everything awarded to Phosphagenics in the final assignment.
Has this patent squabble been the undoing of the relationship??
