Could well be Atom. If some are in the know (not making accusations etc just how the world works), then perhaps they are repositioning? eh. As I said, 99% I am wrong, but... with sentiment high, now does seem like a good time to raise cash if its need... or for that matter undertake some sort of corporate action.

It is clear to me they need a much bigger plant to maximize the resource/reserves. As for other options. We will see.
