These options were allotted for FREE to London investors 18 months ago as a free 1 for 1 option attached to each share they purchased in the cap raising. The strike/conversion price of those option was 2.5 cents ($0.025). The group of investors are all clients of WH Ireland in London who has facilitated this transaction.
