I think Tim is on the money, just taking longer than expected to get through the red tape, all part of the learning curve we've had to go through, our new man Mr Srinivasu Panchada has all the experience necessary to get that over the line, we're also no doubt probably fine tuning production at the same time.

In regards to PO price well management have said we're looking good there, and considering how well the price of IO is going elsewhere I have no reason whatsoever to question that.
