    All very good points SYTonites.

    1. With the patent technology by the 2 geniuses it adds intectually property security & value & more weighting on a takeover target especially since it has attracted contracts with tier 1 telco giants.

    2. 10c would be rejected simply by shareholders & founders as valuation of SYT at just around $250million mc is a drop in the ocean compared to the potential revenue the csp can create.
GG & Rahul didn't spend 3 previous years to accept a $250 million mc offer.

    3. Totally agreed that a bidding war would erupt amongst the tier 1 telco giants worldwide but I dare say also content providers & advertisers with deep pockets or even apple or samsung or google ( hardware manufacturers). Can you imagine one of these tier 1 telcos or other associated giants taking a major stake as a shareholder to block advances by other players before this war breaks out.

    4. In speaking to GG previously the takeover talk was brought up in conversation & GG simply answered everything has got a price & that he would not rule it out if the price is right. Regardless of revenue in the short to medium term. Think about the base of consumers & content providers and cross carrier contracts across the globe. The mc valuation would have to grow & grow very quickly even if STY doesn't pull in $1. Think about it guys, whoever has the community/network & the technology makes the money if they just turn on the charging meter, regardless of whoever owns the patent CSP at the time. Hence the focus by SYT to focus on the land grab & growing the network from the consumer side, content providers/advertisers & multi -carrier side.

I believe that GG & Rahul has a bigger vision & are playing a bigger game than us shareholders in expanding their empire/network across the globe even if they don't make $1 right now. For those who share the vision, i believe we will be handsomely rewarded with a multi-billion dollar mc share price. I guess we need to keep our eye on the prize my friends ....GLTAH...I'm getting goosebumps as I type..
