Footlock, I have been holding for some time, bought low 40"s.
I think people have been scarred off bigtime b/c of last failures in particular jaguar. Too many burnt fingers.
I think Exr is due to hit this time. Its the only thing which will save them. If they dont its good night until they find oil. Hard to survive if they keep drilling dry holes though.
Fingers Crossed Guinea turns things around. This will be a sleeper until a find, or a deadset sleeper if they dont.
