Malcy doesn't own any shares in FAR.
If WPL bought FAR and they own 50% of the JV it would be hard for the government to say no.
This is all on market stuff.
They could say no but they would have to have a very good reason for doing so.
If they were going to say no they would have probably said so at the 35% stage.
They have had 7 months to say no and haven't done so as yet.
PC has let a golden opportunity slip , thus FAR!!!
