Just say PDN are buying these shares onmarket. They would have only had to spend $266000 to buy all shares sold from 24th Jan to 12.00 today. The result, an increase in their investment in SMM from 18.7m to 153m. Spend $266000 for an in increase in value of $144,000,000 in a bit over 2 weeks. Could it be possible?
