Not correct. Many have questioned that what AVL has actually includes that historic Manono site.
The question of validity which has already been decided by the GOVERNMENT and is now being appealed to the GOVERNMENT which has an interest in the project itself.
I'm not sure what planet some people are from but in my world the DRC government is unlikely to rule against itself. These tenements are usually lost through lack of action and in all countries appeals are not uncommon. However in the case of the DRC the appeal would have to have a snow flakes chance in hell of being successful.
There would have to be more involved to lose it and it would have to be at a government level imo. That would not appear to make sense where they own part of the project.
It's all good fun and we'll see when the dust settles. Anyone that has concerns is free to sell of course. That's investing...
