why is anyone asking if it is value or can they afford it? They doubled their money the day they signed the deal.

This is not financial advice just my naive input.
I dont expect there will be a return as a dividend from the new lic for 10 months and the first will be in the range of 1.5/2%. So I will look at the divvy dates of SOL/BKI/BKI/MLT as I wonder if i am better off putting the money into their safe world . and take a 2.5% divvy in the first twelve months,of course the new LIC is part of their safe world, buy options when they settle down and see how the first 12 months go....
