    imo, if the oppies are converted, it would inject a lot of cash funds to MPO, therefore, imo, the dilution would not be as bad. Funds versus options. Less shares yes, but also less cash/funds if there is no conversion.

    It is only my opinion anyway and, I have been wrong before.
