the announcements dated 11 july 2006 seem to be a bit of a worry for smm's position
how would they be if they were the ones to be found to be in material breach and end up with nothing?
smm seems to have a naive view of the rigours of litigation which they will most likely reconsider very shortly
perhaps they are sore not to be offered a 41% premium that the VUL shareholders received
the fun of the fair
