Ww, I think if you read that article earlier it will prove gov interest in non named but clearly obvious mns and vrc it in my opinion is encouraging locals to support as to create jobs stimulate all the issues you raised they are exactly addessing your concerns and solving imo if they can prove they have a feasible project I think the money will be lent via gov then paid back doesn't matter about current share price or CR if they are backed by premier - interested what your thoughts are on the article quoting the premier supporting both projects and speaking like they are going ahead.
