LWP SIGNS ONGOING CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT WITH SIEGFRIED KONIG
ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 8 June 2015

The term of the appointment with Mr. Konig is for a period of three years with the option of an extension for a further three years.

The remuneration payable to Mr. Konig is $285,000 per annum plus superannuation payable at 9.5% and a vehicl e allowance up to $12,000 per annum. In addition Mr Konig will be entitled to earn further monetary bonuses in the form of Short Term Incentive opportunities, which are linked to a range of Key Performance Indicators.

The agreement provides that either party may terminate the agreement with 12 months notice.
