To address the OP's question.... How long is a piece of string? A really well capitalized company could come along and see it as an opportunity. My estimations put it between $0 and $500 mil.

Given SGH's position though? You could expect all solvency concerns to weigh into negotistions. SGH also probably wouldn't sell unless it wiped a fair chunk of its debt as well.
