imo what will happen is that the Chinese will set up these token plants, then copy the technology or undercut, leaving MBT high and dry. it happens all the time.
As for the contract signing in 90 days, expect a re-neg on that one, refer to FMG and 'Binding" contracts signed in 2005.
just a reality check here, not being negative or anything.....
