The ONLY treat for the IO price was China IO mines, after reading all the events last week, I believe China will not restart their low grade IO mines even when IO price is US$100, their government has shown enough intention to me that POLLUTION will play a big part in IO price in 2017.
For mines outside China, apart from the big 4, the time to get the IO mines up and running will take a few years, if the Big 4 keep their volume the same where it is now, I can‘t see any extra "significant" tonnes added to the supply. And like I said, if demand gets bigger and bigger, it will take whatever extra supply comes on.
This year we will see FMG repay more than two third of their remaining debt, management will come up with a PLAN going foward, Kara, our investment in FMG are in the best shape ever, ever.
