Never doubted that car..odds definitely in favour of it happening imo....with or without Swala...
OEL keep saying their FO is still alive and pending the Swala issues....and I think having Tata as a seemingly friendly partner to OEL wont hurt. The other less likely possibility is and probably depends on Swala raising a lot of money would be OEL selling out to them....hidden in the figures could also be a settlement of the court issues
which presumedly would be dropped at the same time?
