In my view, Chart Models tend to be based on the movement of a more or less 'single (mythical) entity' consolidating a position, there's no inherent law of market dynamics, just rule of thumb hypotheticals imo,
And, from .019 prior to TH to the new gap fill down to .022 based on the Feb 2 announcement is pretty good value. One can always wait, but there's been a fair bit of mulling over the macros since last announcment.
