Im not here to get into sides but that is incorrect and misleading.

I think when it is public knowloedge that funds were raised, making statements like that lead to any further posts being scrutinised heavily. Maybe saying the propsed amount wasnt raised would be more suitable, plenty of money was raised by people or brokers willing to support the companies based on the product - I was one.
