Still reckon the pluses outweigh the minuses in the announcement.
In particular, the reference to being in the hunt for pre-cast chunks of bridges in Texas.
I seem to recall a large pre-casting outfit from Europe undertaking some E'crete trial work.
Big, the pre-cast market. Less variables to manage, too.
