the real story is the NSW Government is NOT spending a penny on infrastructure.
EVERY new development has levies and charges on it and the developer has to pay for ALL services to the site.
Plus a levy for ongoing amenities.
Never mind....better prey for Labor not to win come March 24th or i will make one guarantee
GST will increase in Australia....IF Rudd is elected.
Every state will be Labor and guess what then??????
They say you get the Government you deserve.
God knows what we have done to get the Labor Party in NSW!!!!
