nope - no dampener from my end.
A healthy board is a flexible board.
Clearly more to come. Clearly we don't need directors selling. Clearly we need independent directors to be truly independent. And, clearly we need any full time board members to actually be full time.
We are changing in character as a company -- growing up ----------- more to come
not my opinion - only have to ref. the rules.
this is good news IMO.
