SEAH, if you read up on the economics of the RaaS model you will see that the payback on acquiring a plant is incredibly quick, within 2 years from memory.
I have done my own modelling on information available for RaaS. Without going too deep into the structuing of the RaaS model (which is done through a special purpose vehicle), the payback includes EMC generating a commercial margin on the sale of the plant, therefor I take that the payback period on RaaS can be used as a proxy for the payback to a retail/commercial customer (assuming access to finance and similar terms).
EMC's product is a genuine win-win, as it saves customers money, odour, community eye-sore and electrical grid demand, and generates EMC strong financial returns (and thus returns to shareholders). Once the business achieves scale, watch out.
