More than Bloomer

I believe Wayne McGrath (The founder of McGrath Homes who sold the business to Nomad in 2007) has established another business called Modular WA on a site in Wangara previously occupied by McGrath. Apparently Wayne McGrath's family own the site. Management of Modular WA are all ex McGrath employees from the time when Wayne McGrath was running the business. It's major shareholder is an unlisted family business called the Wyllie Group rumoured to be worth around $35o million. They could make life very difficult for McGrath Modular.
