both ASIC and ASX have given approval for time to find another Aussie resident director

(which also means that they think that Gavin resides here (interesting as he has his address is London - which I am certain the Nasdaq will just LOVE, not).

so - it is clear that we will get an Aussie director -

what is not clear is if that will be male or female - if it is male - then my guess is we shall also get a female soon - as funds were allocated for it - ref. agm voting.

- my take is we will get a US female and an unknown gender Australian.

all IMO - mostly backed up by the rules and what has been stated already.
