But Jim , AG and Co own a crap load of shares...so therefore they are shareholders and large ones at that. They will loose big in any major dilution. Sure keep there job, probably , but still lose millions in share valuation. You argue that so what , it is their fault , and that is fine , but they still will be affected hugely by any dilution.
