I don't know a lot about the technical side of buy backs, what percentage of BSR has been floated? Would it be advantageous for them to buy back... it's extremely unlikely they would ever do that.
If your concerned about the billions of shares out there... they have a little trick they call consolidation to fix that up, BSR could simply give you 1 share for every 20 you own at 20x it's value... a consolidation like that would put the price at around 50cents, and then have only a couple of hundred million shares in circulation. Market Capital stays the same of course.
