1.5 cents is cheap. It may not stay there long. Why not buy half of what you want and sit on the rest. You may get the second half cheaper or have to pay more. I guess ask yourself what will make CTL re rate? Showing a profit this quarter would be a possibilty. We will find out end of April. A large movement in pog may cause a re rate. It is all a punt good luck whatever you decide.
