Looks like that is already happening Steven if you look at the turn in the fertiliser charts. The last update from this mob in early feb said Chinese phosphate sellers were out of market and that makes sense as they were cutting supply. Phosphate is used in some lithium iron batteries as we speak (and supercapacitor)  yet  potash will be a by product of lithium brine production.
