What are current SH views on an acceptable CR price if/when results come back soon as positive.
Let's say it is a 50/50 merger with a share swap/transfer to cancel out money owing to NXR from WBT and the fact that positive results would derisk the stock greatly, would you expect any CR price to be north of 10c?
If so would you be likely to participate in said CR?
I know the NXR team want to avoid excessive dilution. We took the risk to initially fund the development so we need to safeguard our investment and reap the benefits.
Would there be any concession from the ASX for relisting this time around....
