Do we know how soon? I guess if we miss it an announcement will be made, if we get it a TH for sure.
Would certainly attract some big buyers and backers. The JV would be crucial to get the funds.
As said this one has been the ugly duckling for me, and I am sure others but it looks like the duck may just yet become a beautiful swan.
