I would think that's a fair assumption Barry although I don't believe there would be intent or desire to drive down or suppress the price. That is a consequence of all the supply given to the market and this seems to be the price point where the accumulator is happy to fill the pockets.
No idea how many remain, everytime you think that could be it another 200000 pop up to our extreme frustration.
