So ,I contacted IMF who looked after the Sons of Gwalia case. They told me that BMO shareholders who believe they were deceive have a strong claim however they need a significant number of shareholders to come forward and make a claim for it to be economically viable for IMF to pursue a claim against BMO. Call IMF on 02 8223 3567 and ask to speak with James Eyers. Their website is http://www.imf.com.au/. Lets gets some money back from these BMO F@#%ers.
