Agree. It is progress in Brazil. Massive market - does seem that this box being ticked has come at a time when other 'promised' news has not progressed as quickly as thought and there has not been enough clarity around this made worse by directors selling for reasons either fair or foul or both.
The company seems sound to me but its undoubted potential has been temporarily undermined by some short sighted actions.
Worth holding as (further?) positive news is likely not far off.
