Thats good advice and reminds me of something a counselor once did when I was putting my life back together after a divorce. My self esteem was really low and I didn't know who I was any more. She showed me a 'magic' chair and asked me what I really wanted to be, who I really wanted to be. Once I'd answered she told me to sit in the magic chair and it would transform me into that person. She could now see in me all the things I'd just described and asked me how that felt. Truth is it felt great and I've never forgotten it.
