Not other than what I have already mentioned about Sean. He needs the SP to be significantly higher (x5) for his options to be worthwhile. He has 18 months to make this happen, as that is when the options expire. He took a pay cut to take this job but the options make up for it, so if they dont get in the money then he goes backwards.
Cam doesn't really talk about SP, he just loves making the thing work. I asked him a couple of questions in regards to shares and I got a couple of "I think this, but dont quote me(s)" and another time it was "talk to Sean". Which makes sense I dont want the tech guy to be investing his energy into worry about that stuff.
