My geologic knowledge here is rather limited. Most of the u deposits the Aussies are chasing are calcrete style. That is they consist of "weathered" u that was at one time dissolved in solution and deposited into the calcrete and typically carry grades of several hundred PPM.
MUR seems to be onto a mixture of source rocks. One of their samples was assayed at 19 pounds to the ton in episynite, which may be the source vein material, other high grade samples come from granite and a number of samples are in calcrete. Many of these samples run into thousands of PPM. The whole mix sounds like MUR might be onto some kind of "motherlode" along with the structures where the weathered u was shed and collected. IF this is the case the move to 14 cents is the first move of many more.
Have not had a chance to look at the current work on size of the structures BUT if they are large MUR is extremely undervalued. I expect more offshore buying to keep biting.
