I heard on news today that APA now has about 15% of QAN shareholding - which in my mind seems way off from the 90% target. I understand that several big shareholders are holding firm but surely even if they come across, the 90% target cant be a sure thing.
unless Im missing something - chances of the takeover proceeding seem increasingly slim.
