    My earlier response was a bit abrupt.

    Both GIR and AGS will benefit from the involvement of Heathgate (Atomic). It seems at the moment that Heathgate have a priority on B4M....and the value of AGS rests on more than B4M...so a merger with GIR is not attractive....maybe a take over tho' seeing Steve in his Europe fest has mentioned acquisitions.
