This has had moments in the last couple of days when it looks set to run.
Gut instinct tells me people are waiting for a trigger.
Any ideas.
I think those at 27 cents don't really want to sell in a hurry. I think a few calls around the traps and they could get rid of them another way.
Watching closely - energy building - but then again has done so before.
