Me....I could buy a property up to the value of $800k cash... That was from investing into a couple of gold exploration plays and NST... I started 6 years ago with 30k... Had afew hiccups but I've ironed out my strategy... If I was to pay cash for a house right now, I'd have no leverage...So I rent and travel overseas and live frugally until I decide to buy a Labrador and settle....

At the moment, I'm unsure when the global economy will tank...I'm walking a tight rope right now, but I'd rather be invested in exploration companies right now than owning bricks mortar and clay n peat, because of the exponential growth available with gold attachment...
