its one way of getting interest in a share issue, the higher the sp, the more interest there is, the more they can get, and the more likely they are to fill the issue.
For example, better an issue when the price is at 9c instead of 8c if they want an issue price of 8.5c.
But we all have our own logic and, according to the post-structuralists, we are all right according to how we each perceive reality. What's your logic, or reality, on the matter.
