the floor under the market today without follow through to the upside was interesting and a bit unusual. I wonder who was doing the buying at the minimal level. It occurs to me that the Future Fund might be operational at last. We'll probably never know for sure of course, although we do know it should come on stream any time around now, but what a wonderful coincidence for it to come on stream in election year.
