Buying on a rumour and selling on the fact, as it is known, does not necessarily mean that the directors are responsible for allowing their friends to get set and make a quick profit. Generally it is a result of a story being spruiked so hard on the rumour that the facts disappoint, and hence the price retreats.
I note that you still have not named the directors that you suspect of leaking information.
Molopo has disappointed many investors over a number of years, but if we have faith in the new management, then the past is the past and needs to be overlooked, as the future is much brighter for those investors willing to place their funds at risk by investing in it.
