So just to clarify the earlier discussion, is it the case that MP1 build or lease/IRU dark fibre or wavelengths between DCs? Or do they buy layer 2 bandwidth sometimes?
I ask, because dark fibre or a wavelength allows scalability for a fixed charge, but buying bandwidth means buying more as the business grows.
